What is HALT?
HALT is a premium, 100% virtual telehealth clinic specializing in metabolic, hormonal, and reproductive health. We provide physician-led care from the comfort of your home, including personalized treatment plans, prescription management for weight loss, and ongoing support.

Our services are ideal for individuals seeking expert guidance for:

What states do you currently serve?
We are currently accepting patients in New York and Michigan, with plans to expand to Florida soon.
How do I schedule my first consultation?
You can begin by joining the waitlist on our website. Once you've signed up, our team will contact you to complete your onboarding and schedule your first virtual visit at a time that works for you, including evenings and weekends.
Do you accept insurance or provide superbills?
While we do not directly accept insurance for our consultation services, we focus on making care affordable:
- Medication: We work to get your prescribed medications covered by your insurance whenever possible
- Lab Work: Any lab tests we order can be billed through your insurance
- Superbills: We provide a superbill for one-time and follow-up consultations (not the membership program), which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement

How does the 6-month membership work?
Our comprehensive program guides you through two main phases:
- Intensive Phase (Months 1-6): Your physician creates a personalized plan with FDA-approved medication. You'll have monthly check-ins, continuous metabolic monitoring (CGM and smart scale), and guidance from a health coach
- Maintenance Phase: After reaching your goal, we transition you to a flexible pay-per-visit model. We help you maintain your results with periodic check-ins and sustainable lifestyle adjustments
What medications do you prescribe?
We prescribe FDA-approved medications for weight loss and metabolic health based on your unique medical profile. We do not use or prescribe compounded medications.
How does medication approval work?
Our team handles the entire prior authorization process to get your medication approved by your insurance. If you choose to pay out-of-pocket, we can provide prescriptions and help you find reduced-cost options.
What is included with health coaching?
Your dedicated health coach will work with you to create a personalized nutrition and fitness plan that aligns with your metabolic needs and lifestyle, ensuring your results are sustainable.
